Bad quality and poor customer service

They make nice lounge suites which is the reason why I purchased a New Jersey couch from them in Newtown. Not knowing that I was in for the biggest disappointment of my life. Within 3 months the couch started sinking and getting wrinkly as I was still looking at that, it started making sounds. I then went to Newtown to report this, they promised to follow up and call me for a collection.

Which didn't happen, after waiting for months for them to take action, I then complained on their Facebook page which got their Attention, then the back and forth via emails, whatsapp and phone calls started which did not solve the problem. I then asked for my money back but then I was told that it wasn't possible because I have had the couch for a couple of months, mind you, their couch started sinking within months.

I though that maybe they would speed up the process or even offer to give me a proper one. I am still waiting for them to help me out but their service is poor. They treat their customers like trash. I am not happy
