Bad experience

I’ve ordered couches was told it will take 14 days for delivery it’s almost 2months with no communication from the shop ,I requested a refund from Montana branch and I was told they will proceed with it same day ,it’s been days and I haven’t received my money ,when making a follow up with the manager he keeps lying to me...clearance warehouse please refund my money.the way you treat customers with their hard earned money is totally unacceptable
