Bad customer service and NO LOUNGE AS YET

So worried bought lounge set from them 22 Jan 20222, past our 20days delivery and still nothing on when we can receive the lounge set. Don't know whether I am also going to wait for months and then get second grade furniture (as per other complaints on this platform). Tried to phone to enquire but all you get is rude staff, with the attitude how dare you phone and ask.
