Bad customer service

Bought 2 occasional chairs and I was told to wait for 5 weeks,5 weeks passed with no communication whatsoever,when I contact them they tell me they are waiting for stock that was supposed to arrive on the 22nd of October,it’s the 1st of November still no stock
