BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

bought a couch on the 1st of august 2021 and was promised at the store delivery within 7 days invoice number 25255 it is now 20 days later the couch has not been delivered their customer care department has not rep**** to any of my emails the cellphone number does not work the staff at the store cuts the calls when you call them or put you on hold until the lines are dead . Ive sent the whatsapp messages and Zelda and Lee-Ann have not responded to me . So now i have to spend more money calling them really bad service i will never ever advise anyone to buy from them.'
