Bad business experience

I purchased furniture with Clearance Warehouse Africa Montana branch in Pretoria. I was promised the furniture will be delivered on the 10 February 2021, to date nothing was delivered and no one in this company including the store i made a purchase seems to know what is happening with my purchase. Terrible customer service!!!
