Bad bad service

I bought 2beds and a lounge suite in Durban Springfield branch on December 2021 was told the beds are to be ordered. I have been waiting for delivery ever since was promised January 2022 but now it already March I have not received my beds even for the lounge suite I had to fight when I went for beds I was told they don't have the beds that I paid for they only have expensive beds. If I call the store manager they ignore my calls even my whatapp messages and emails. They have a very bad services they sell stock that they don't have...
