Bad after sale service

If I could give Clearance Warehouse a zero star I would have. Quick to take your money not so quick in delivery your purchased goods, I will never ever shop with them again we bought a couch from them made payment over two months now when we asked for delivery sorry the material you wanted is out of stock we will only receive stock middle of July so you will only receive your Couch end of July 2021, this after we indicated to them we are moving into a property at the beginning of July 2021, they promised after payment delivery will be done within 5 days, now there is no stock available ? and the couch is on backorder, ridiculous!!!!!!!!!Now I ask them to deliver our sleeper couch so that we might just have something to sit on the person responsible for that's phone is of!!!! now I ask you ????

With the rest of the positive reviews you can see this is not the norm and we have very high ratings for service on Google and Facebook. We do however apologize for the opposite experience you had. This matter is being investigated and customer care will get back soonest.

Well dam that's good to know?, but unfortunately I cannot agree! Because in practice just the opposite is true. Again this week we were told our couch that we bought were on its way to Cape Town, only to find out today the 30th July 21, from Campos that you have not even delivered the couch to them as yet, with all due respect a bunch of lies and they just keep on piling up
