Appalling Service- Lack of Respect for their customers

I regret not checking the credibility of this shop. I bought a couch on the 4 Feb 2021 told to wait 14 days for the couch to be ready and 3 days for delivery. Come 27th when my couch had to be delivered nothing came. I had to follow up with quite a few people in order for me to understand where my couch was. 1 March 2021 I contact them again about my couch, then I was told it was never ordered in the first place on the 4th. I asked to be refunded my Monday the 1st, today its Friday the 5th I still do not have my refund and yet again I must be the one the contacts them to enquire about my money. The service from this company is appalling to the last degree. I have dealt with 5 different people regarding my order which is just ridiculous, but no one can give me a clear answer on when to expect my refund.
