Appalling service from Clearance Warehouse

I have been waiting for more than 9 weeks for my order that I paid on the 12th of December 2020. I have sent an e-mail from their website and no one has rep****. I have phoned the Montana branch to speak to the Manager (that is always busy), and after leaving messages he has yet to phone me back. The service is appalling. You have to ask the salesperson for updates the whole time on which he only replies that he will find out and it seems like no one is doing their job as he still has not received any form of tangible feedback to supply me with. They are quick to take your money but that is where the service stops. Oh wait, these people are so clued up they have actually phoned me to schedule delivery just to cancel on the day of delivery and then they have the audacity to ask me if I am satisfied with my order?!? This was in December and after that nobody has been able to give any kind of timeline or update on progress. I will never shop there again and will definitely not recommend them to anybody.
