Absolutely Poor Service

I have made an online order for couches on the 3rd of May 2022. I was not made aware that the couches are out of stock. After placing order and paying then they contact me and tell me that the couches will only be ready for deliver withing 18 working days as they need to order it. It has now gone way over the 18 working days, so I called them today and was advised that the couches will only be ready for delivery after the 20th of June, which is almost 2 months since i placed the order. This absolutely ridiculous as they says if I want to cancel then a refund will only be done in 14 working days.
