Rude and Unprofessional

We engaged the services of Clearance Certificates regarding registration for rates and taxes with the City of Tshwane. The process was supposed to take only two days - as per their indication - but understandably due to issues at council, the process was delayed. Several weeks later, the process was finally completed but whenever I inquired about the process and progress, their response was extremely unprofessional and rude and they even threatened me. I would not recommend their services.
