Zimbabwe Police Clearance record for Ecuador

I needed to get a police clearance record authenticated by the Embassy of Ecuador in South Africa which was a nightmare and proved almost impossible (as I was half way across the world). The embassy did not respond to phone calls and then eventually advised me via email that they did not authenticate documents. I still needed this document legalized so I handed it over to Hamilton. Hamilton (whose office is located in Johannesburg) sent the embassy (located in Pretoria) a few inquiry emails and made a few calls without any success either. He refused to give up and while dealing with a family emergency drove to Pretoria twice and finally got my document authenticated and mailed off the same day.
