What should’ve been a couple of straightforward Police Clearance Certificate applications from abroad turned into quite a rollercoaster of trips for the ever so lovely Hamilton to the department to amend errors, correct omissions and to be met by closed doors due to the lack of rental payment by the very same department. Throughout Hamilton’s communication was impeccable with a range of emails, phone calls and messages; knowing full well the time difference between our countries, was mindful of keeping to my office hours - when he was clearly working beyond his!
