Refusing to Pay back my money

i'm 31 year old femal from Johannesburg, a friend of mine told me about clear your name after i have shared with her that i have a problem obtaining credit due to bad credit report and low score, even though i have settled my aco****s. i then contacted clear your name, they said they can help me. they sent me a quote for what they were going to do, R950 was for Admin fee, R2000 was for them to up my score then R2500 was to remove any listing on my CR and those accounts that were showing over 150 days in arrears, they promised to remove those because i have settled them. they told me that for credit bureau it takes two years to remove the accounts but they can negotioate on my behalf and fast track the process and remove those paid up accounts on my credit report. Its been 7 months now, nothing has been done. after all attempts to get these people to help me, i have decided to cancel everything with them and ask for my money back. i spoke to the woner of the company about two weeks ago and he said to me he will look into my case and after that get back to me regarding refund process, he asked for 7 days . it went past and he never contacted me, i then sent him an email there was no repsonse. yesterday i called him hethen said to me when i first came to them my accounts where not updated paid up ( which is a big lie) the first credit report i sent them did show that the accounts were paid up but all those months that i missed were still showing. which is what they promised to rectify, i then asked him why is my score still sitting on 537 (below average) whereas they charged me R2000, he couldnt answer me then dropped the phone and called me back and accused me of being rude to him, it is on record that he said yesterday( 26/06/2017) his going to deposit my money and reinstate everything that they have removed from my credit report. and that was an agreement, come 27/06/2017 the money was still not on my aco****, called him today he then said he wants to go the legal route against what i did to him yesterday and do all necessary research with his legal team and see if his obliged to refund me, he asked me to give him 7 days.

the reason i'm writting this, is to alert people about companies such as clear your name. They go around taking advantage of vulnerable people, it is very stressing not to obtain credit due to low credit score or bad credit choices you have done in the past. When someone hears that there is s company that can help you rebuild a good credit profile you just to such opportunities, but it was unfortunate for me that i was a victim of a company such as clear your name

CONSUMERS BECAREFUL OUT THERE, CLEAR YOUR NAME IS A ****.
