Begging for service i paid for and was told its the END of the road

HERRIET is a very RUDE lady, they promised to clear my name within 21 days and I'm sitting on 160 days , the owner Mr Godi keeps on ignoring my calls. HERRIET told me to sort myself out cause the company cannot assist me after paying THEM R13.000. They are very GOOD on ignoring my calls, i used different phones to contact them the story is still the same they don't take calls from certain clients and HERRIET is so RUDE.I end up driving to their business premises and was told by security they are no longer operating from no.13 Friedman st. Sandton. I BEGGED for their services , HERRIET WILL PLAY WITH HER KIDS WHILE TALKING TO ME WITH AN ATTITUDE.I'M TIRED OF BEGGING FOR THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. NOW i found attorneys who can assist me what i need from HERRIET AND GODI is from R13000 I PAID PLEASE REFUND ME R4000.00 TO PAY FOR ATTORNEYS CAUSE THEY HAVE STARTED WITH THE PROCESS AND THEY CAN KEEP THE REST. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SAD PART I WAS CALLING/EMAILING/WHATSAP EVERY WEEK TO BEG FOR THEIR SERVICE I PAID FOR.
