Clear Water Projects – One of the Worst Decisions We’ve Ever Made

If I could rate them minus five stars, I would.

We hired Clear Water Projects for a critical waterproofing job and paid a massive R250,000.00 up front — in good faith. The agreement was clear: we wanted a proper, premium waterproofing system, the type that lasts. What did they do? They switched to a cheap, slapgat method without telling anyone — no discussion, no approval, niks.

This wasn’t a mistake — it was a deliberate bait-and-switch. After pocketing the money, they cut corners and gave us substandard work that failed almost immediately. The arrogance and disregard for professionalism was shocking. Their poor workmanship left us with no choice but to hire another contractor to redo the entire project from scratch.

To make matters worse, Clear Water Projects had no accountability, no apology, and no interest in fixing their mess. Not once did they take ownership or even try to explain their actions. Just silence and denial.

Let me be blunt: they ****, they took the money, and they delivered *******. Die tipe diens is nie net swak nie — dis *****. This is not just bad business, it’s *****ulent and *********.

My advice? Stay far, FAR away from Clear Water Projects. They are not trustworthy, not professional, and certainly not worth your money or peace of mind. Choose someone else — your time, money, and sanity are worth more.
