INCOMPLETE SERVICE: HOUSE PLAN

A worker from Municipal Offices referred me to Mr Cedric Mathwasa in 2013 because I needed someone who could draw a house plan - extension on an existing building. I called him on 13/08/2013 and met on 19/08/2013. We agreed on costs and he took measurements. I paid my last instalment after I received draft house plan which was what we agreed on in 2014. I also paid Encroachment Fee at Tshwane Municipality.<br> Between August 2013 and today, I had to call him to find out what the held up is.
