Pathetic service

I have never dealt with such pathetic service in my life . Paid for my bullastrades on the 8th of March waited for over 2 months for Michelle to install them. I even told her if there are no bulastrade I can't even move in the house. She said I must move into their warehouse . I have never felt so humiliated in my life. She was on site every week when she wanted the bussiness. Stair case bullastrades was even worse. It came after 3 months. One of panels was too long for the space. Michel says the structure of the house has changed , which is ridiculous because the floor plan of the house can't change . There is no accountability. They treated me like I was nothing because I had paid already and could not cancel my order . I would never ever recommend Clear view . I just want these people to bring the right panel and install it , I never ever Wana see or hear from them after this traumatic stress and financial loss I suffered due to their delays.

The customer approached us for balustrades on her balcony and staircase. From the time which she approached us to when she actually paid the deposit, was 7 months, continually changing the specs and selection. We struggled endlessly to receive a deposit from her, with continuous excuses. The quote clearly stipulated a lead time of 21 days to process & toughen glass. When she eventually paid the deposit, she called us the following day and insisted we start installing the glass as she was pressed to move in with nowhere else to stay. We explained to her there was a lead time involved, but we shall endeavor to assist her as far as possible and possibly cut the lead time by a week down to 14 days. We immediately went to site to measure the glass, whereby our installers noted the staircase had not even been plastered, it was in fact raw concrete. We called her and conveyed to her, it was impossible to measure the glass on the staircase for production as it would change after plaster and tiling. She insisted she did not care. We subsequently cut, drilled and polished the glass on a urgent bases. The following week she called us and stated if we did not install the balustrades that same day (7 days after deposit), she is cancelling the order and insists on her money back. After we once again gave her an explanation on lead times she stated if she had nowhere to go she was going to move all her furniture into our factory, whereby we just laughed. Upon receipt of the glass from the toughening plant, we installed the glass on the balcony. We then struggled to obtain payment for the balcony glass, at this time it became evident that she had run out of money as the finishes in the house were incomplete, The installation of the balcony balustrades was done within 2 weeks after payment of deposit. We were not able to install the staircase balustrade glass as the staircase was still incomplete. We did notice that she had welded 3 steel posts on the metal cages of the steps with a makeshift handrail. The staircase was still not screeded, plastered or tiled, but she had moved into her house being incomplete of finishes. Obviously she had run out of funds to complete the house. We enquired what we were to do with the glass for the staircase, she insisted we deliver the glass, she would call us at a future time to install the glass. Insisting on the balance payment before delivering the glass, she eventually made the balance payment, upon which we delivered the glass. At this time she confirmed the glass to be in perfect order. At the time of delivering the glass, the staircase still remained incomplete together with the other finishes in the house remaining incomplete, but she resided there. After approximately three weeks she called us to install the glass. Upon arrival at her house, the installer realized she had altered the main staircase from - a staircase with a landing to the staircase running straight up. They explained to her that the glass was custom-made for the stairs as they were originally constructed, she did not want to listen to them, but insisted they "make a plan" for the glass to fit. Unfortunately it is not possible to place glass where it is not designed to do so. Yoli called the office, started screaming at our Michelle, threatening her and cursing her. Yoli also denied changing the stairs. Michelle remained calm and conveyed to her that she had taken photos of the original staircase which is standard practice at the company. This infuriated her further, obviously realizing she had been caught in a lie. She then threaten Michelle if we did not re-manufacture the incorrect glass at our expense, she would sue us and publish a negative review on Hello Peter. We were prepared to re-manufacture the glass at cost for her, to assist her as far as possible, as client satisfaction is our primary goal. We have a 100% customer satisfaction reviews on Hello Peter and Google. Yoli is the first customer to have a negative experience with Clear View Frameless, which in itself raises the question. Who is the most credible party?
