Bad customer service again

I have used this company to do my pool repairs for the past 10 years and yet again I have a faulty piece of there equipment,to which I have paid them every year to fix especially when the warranty is not honored.<br> So I request them to come and fix the faulty equipment and I am told I am a pain in the **** customer.<br> I wonder how many other people they take money from and don't honor there work or equipment.<br> I recommend to all my friends and colleagues never to use them and to spread the word of these type of service providers in SOuth Africa.<br>
