Unprofessional service from clearreview

Very unprofessional service. Terms and conditions not explained in details. I was told I could cancel at any time . When I did After a few days of excepting their telephonic agreement, I cancelled, they debited my account of R2500 and now refuse to refund my money. I also didn't receive any documents from their mediation department.
