Good morning all

I would like to voice my frustrations here, I believe I have ****med by this company claiming I am under debt review,I have paid monthly premiums over the past four months and have not received any sort of feedback,eventually I went to transunion to check my credit report and I am not even under debt review when I clear review there is no answer via email,telephonically or WhatsApp

Please refund my money immediately and stop debiting my account

The worst part is that my bank cannot stop or reverse the funds
