Debt review removal

Debt review removal still not resolved I have paid them the full amount in October 2023 and I haven't received any feedback regarding the debt review removal instead I'm being told finance will call me and give feedback on how far is the application. They only talk to me on what's app and told me to send an email which I did in May but no reply. Hayshame they are unprofessional and quick to debit the money on my account.
