Clear my Name, Company is a ****

I was ****med by one of their employees and have paid R6800, I joined Clear my name in August 2022 and paid for their services but only to find out in April 2023 that nothing has been done to assist in removing my name from debt review as promised, im getting stories from their managers that Luyanda Msomi, their employee no longer comes to the office, not that she’s no longer their employee, I met her in April this year at the company’s offices and she went to her desk to retrieve some information, nothing says she’s not working there anymore but when I ask her managers Darran Manikam and Charlene to take responsibility for their employees actions, they telling me she was acting in her own capacity and not of the company, I’m at no man’s land now and I’m still on the same status as I was before Aug 2022, This Is A ****
