Completely unprofessional and ***********

The owner Faansie Rautenbach, took a 75% deposit on a job in Hyde Park to replace an entire house’s windows for me last year October. He only started in February and to date has only completed about half the job, and the finishes are shocking! He refuses to take my calls, and ignores my emails and messages. He sends empty promises via email and the builder, with schedules he does not adhere to. When I drove out to see him at the premises he prints on his invoice in Silverton, it was a completely different business operating from there. His staff pitch up sporadically to insert one window and then disappear again for weeks. He makes empty promises and is totally unprofessional. I would advise anyone considering to do business with him, that you stay far away from this man if you want a decent job, done on schedule.
