Clear Fix Electrical- Unprofessional

Clear Fix Electrical were called out to asses an issue with my fridge and without even quoting proceeded to 'replace parts' on the unit which they said would repair it. After the work was done I received an invoice. The fridge proceeded to work for a 3 week period after which it ceased again. After 2 additional call outs I was told that I would need to pay for another part and only then would the fridge work property. The story then changed to the part being discontinued and I was advised that they would continue to try and find it it but I would have to be without a fridge until then despite having paid them R1400. I requested my funds to be returned in order to have my fridge fixed property which the owner refused. Further to the refusal, he was rude, threatening and downright unprofessional. I would seriously warn against contracting the services of this supplier!
