Bad experience

I would like to share my experience with you all. I used a business called Clear Fix Electrical which has been changed again to LLoyds Electrical Appliance Sales & Repairs. It is run by Lloyd Zinyama. He came to fix my Dishwasher last year and I paid him R950 for a part he said I needed. Long story short, It took 4 months to finally get my money back as he could not get the part. He told me he had taken the thermostat out of the machine so he could buy a new one. He then told me he could not get the part. Eventually after 4 months of calls he gave the money back. I asked him to bring my old part back too. That took another month. An LG repairer came to fix the dishwasher yesterday. The part Lloyd gave me back was for a washing machine and wait for it, he never even took my thermostat out of the dishwasher. There was nothing wrong with it, the valves were blocked. So all I was charged was a call out fee. So please be aware. (Before posting this I did ask the police if it was okay. I am just talking about an experience.
