Worst service, *****sters who refuse to refund clients

I am very disappointed in this company. If I could give no stars and still submit a review, I would opt for that option. My matter has been open for more than a year and a half, and they refuse to give me a refund. The number on their website doesn't work, so I can't even contact them to follow up. They lie about the progress for the longest time; after incessant follow-ups from my side, they finally tell me they can't reach the attorney who was handling my case, and they will assign someone else to this. That was last year in June, and the matter had been in progress for over a year by then. All they do is lie and promise constant updates and promise a smooth process at the start. After making a payment, they throw clients to the curb and move on. They still ignore my emails and refuse to refund me. I just want my money so I can go elsewhere
