Unresolved Debt Unresolved Review Case After Full Payment and Constant Follow-ups.

This is a complaint regarding my unresolved debt review status.

In March 2024, I app**** to be removed from debt review and paid R7,500(made into two separate payments) for this service. However, as of April 2026, no progress has been made, and I remain under debt review without any confirmation or documentation of action taken.

I have sent multiple emails to customer care, including correspondence addressed to Mr. Mogale (whose position I am unsure of), and I have proof of these communications. Despite this, I received no response and had to continuously follow up on the matter myself. When I contacted Mr. Mogale telephonically, I was repeatedly informed that the case was being handled by an attorney, but no progress was ever made, and I was given different explanations each time. I am concerned that I paid for a service that has not been delivered, resulting in financial loss and ongoing inconvenience. I would advise others to exercise caution when engaging with this service provider, as my expectations were not met and the matter remains unresolved.
