I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received, particularly from Legal Administrator, Mr. Mogale Mariri. Despite having made the required payments, there has been no progress, no updates, and no communication regarding my matter.

I have tried to follow up but have not received any feedback or indication that any work has been done. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable.

Therefore, I request a full refund of the payments I have made, as the agreed-upon services have not been rendered.
