Paid up letter and restructuring Court Order agreement request

Debt Group Withholding my Court Order and PDA record ********ly. I have paid up my account according to my debt review plan, but MFC claims I still owe R36455,97 due to an internal bank interest error. When I contacted Debtco Group to request my Court Order and PDA statement to dispute this with the bank, their agent refused and told me I must pay the bank first. Withholding my financial records violate the National Credit Act. I demand a manager to contact me immediately with my Court Order and full PDA history.
