Good morning I want to lay a complaint against clear debt review

Good morning I want to lay a complaint against clear debt review. And the general manager called Thandi. I joined them wanting to be assist removing me from zerro bebt and that was three years back assisted by a guy called Mogale. The matter was taken to court and they asked zerro debt to remove as I was not indebted. In July I spoke to zerro debt which I paid them R2300.On the 17th of July 2026 very friendly lady called Jacqueline Botha assisted me and she send the letter of transfer back to clear debt review for them to un flack me. Which they promised to do so within 21 days. I have been sending emails through to the general manager called Thandi but with no luck she is not even bothering herself to respond to my emails. I paid clear debt reveiw R5000 for the them to assist me. When i call they number no one is picking up. 21 days is long over due and no one is coming back to me let alone updating, kindly assist me with this matter. Regards, Melvin Mokwena
