I've submitted the necessary documents for my refund process to be initiated,This was way before the first lockdown started, I've sent tons of emails and they will just keep quiet.

I know for a fact that a percentage of their consultants were infact working during the level 4 and 3 lockdown. Would it hurt if these service providers just keep us informed. Haai suka maan....
