CleanServ the business that vanished into thin air!

We asked Cleanserv to clean our carpets before moving out of our previous flat. We made a payment a week in advance. They came but they were late, while cleaning they broke our window. They said nothing about the broken window until I confronted them. Anyway, they apologised and they said they would sort it out. A few days later I contacted them to find out when they would sort out the window, they told me to replace it and they will refund me the amount so I did that. So many stories about the boss not being in and blah blah and now they have vanished. Number has changed, no replies to emails, just gone!
