Clean Rez - *********, ************ bullies.

My neighbours asked me to allow Conrad onto my property to cut back a large plane tree as they get irritated by leaves blowing into their swimming pool. They said they would cover the full sum quoted (R10K). Once started, Conrad insisted his staff only cut the neighbour's side of the tree. I protested, dismayed by the "unbalancing" of the tree. Not only did this look ridiculous but created potential risk during strong wind. Full of BS about his expertise Conrad announced I would have to pay another R4K to have the tree balanced. ******ion! I refused, the neighbours insisted they had been quoted for the whole tree. What a circus! The tree has since been properly balanced, however, I have been sent an invoice by Clean Rez. I'm debating what to do as I had no contract with them, did not agree to pay anything and would never in a million years choose to do business with people like them!
