www.cleaningservices.capetown/ - Absolutely appalling service and work ethics

I would high advise everyone not to use this companies services.

I have been dealing with David who has not only threaten myself but my partner as well in writing.

The company was tasked to clean my previous rental place in Muizenberg on Friday 29th June 2018 @ 7:15 am. They only arrived after 9. My partner had to wait for them to arrive over 2 hours late.

Upon my inspection of the unit that evening i noticed that they barely cleaned anything. I have photo evidence of Windows still dirty, Walls still dirty. window sills dirty. Kitchen floors had not been cleaned and an overall poor job.

Since then i contacted David to resolve this in a friendly manner to which he got hostile, Threatened myself and my partner with a bunch of accusations why i would not pay his absorbent price of over R1000.00 for minimal work carried out. I supp**** David with evidence that he ignored. He returned by sending me one picture - where you can clearly see the units windows are dirty.

David has now threatened me once again saying how he is going to destroy our names on a public domain and go to the newspaper. I told him to please proceed with his threats .

I will openly share our conversation in writing over whatsapp and supply anyone with the images taken the afternoon the job was carried out.

I advise all to not use this service as they do a poor job and further proceed to threaten you and your family.
