Hired a broken carpet cleaner

After a very stressful process if hiring a carpet cleaner from Karaglen Spar, where you could of sworn I had asked Mary, to give me her first born when trying to hire this machine. I eventually get it home and off I go to work leaving two ladies to do the job of spring cleaning. <br> <br> The carpet cleaning connection is not working and leaks water, so they do what they ca with what I've given them and use the upholstery connection to do carpets. This kills their backs and takes double the time. After I notified cleaning clinic they say I can keep it over night but not after 10am. Really? No sorry, no how long would you need it for... Nothing. This has been a horrific experience from start to finish and certainly not a cheaper option. Very disappointed in the level of service and customer care from both cleaning clinic and Karaglen spar. <br>
