CleanBrite is a total ********** business-DO NOT USE CLEANBRITE JHB!!!

I was qouted R450 to clean my three seater couch and R200 to clean my rug. The couches were cleaned well- the rug however still looks dirty and is hard after drying. When I contacted Russell (the manager) to tell him about my experience he’s response was: I heard the guys saying the rug was very dirty. I don’t argue that point- but why is my rug so hard as of soap was left in it? Russel then proceeded to block my number and stop replying to me.

Don’t use CleanBrite in JHB South- customer service is pathetic. They will do a shoddy job and won’t even try to make amends.
