Terrible service

Terrible service. Arrived very late on both scheduled occasions with zero communication that they were going to be late. Struggled to connect with the office and when I did they apologised for the inconvenience but couldn’t care less. Arranged a second appointment first thing in the morning. They arrived an hour late in an Uber. I sent them packing and glad I did if I read all the comments.
