Disgraceful CleanQuo Management

I hired CleanQuo Johannesburg to come and clean an area in my house that I have just renovated and, while the 2 employees did a fantastic job, their company owners / management team left them sitting at my property from 3pm the afternoon until 19:50 in the evening. After multiple phone calls just to try and get someone to answer a call, we were eventually told that the driver was delayed. After numerous other phone calls and eventually threatening to call an Uber for the 2 stranded staff members and threatening to keep all of their equipment as payment, the driver eventually arrived. Completely unprofessional and a total lack of concern for their employee well being. Even though the 2 staff members did such a great job, I will not recommend this company or use them again, purely because of the disregard management have to their staff
