Unprofessional - will keep far away

Paid R425 for post-occupation cleaning with Clean Queens. Nancy sent an email on 30 June saying "Thank you for confirming the booking. Payment has been received and your clean is scheduled for Thursday, the 3rd October. Details as follows:" I had captured my cell phone number incorrectly. They arrived this morning and although I was at home I heard no knocking on the gate (dogs would have gone mad). And they obviously couldn't reach me on my cell. When I saw email later (I worked all day)I rep**** apologising for my incorrect number but pointing out that they had given me incorrect day and month! Very abrupt email back from Nancy, keeping my 50% deposit and now charging an extra R250+ to complete the job. Obviously I am writing them off. If their pre-sales service is so shocking imagine what will happen if things go wrong after-service. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional.
