Anxious and skittish dogs are happy and clean

I am super nervous about using groomers for my border collie, as he had a bad experience years ago and it's stuck with him. Having said that, Dylan and Patrick were amazing with him, and managed to get more done than I had hoped. They also did a very timid girl dog who normally runs away and shakes for things like this, but it looked like she was even enjoying it at one stage :) Plus, her brother didn't want to know about the grooming at all and we weren't charged for him because he didn't have anything done, whereas some groomers will charge you anyway.
