Filthy service for clean for sure

I had arranged for my upholstery to be cleaned by a service provider called Clean for sure based in Murrayfield Pretoria.

The owner Martin was completely and utterly unprofessional and rude. He was confirming the appointment that I had booked a week earlier a day before the appointment (which was Sunday at 21:30). When I asked him if he would arrive at the agreed upon time he simply responded :" I told you I would".

I told him that if he was going to be rude to me, he should not bother comimg. To which he responded "OK. Cancelled"

So disrespectful. He was going to be paid for the service and yet he thinks it's ok to talk to customers in that way. As if he was doing me a favor! So glad I did not waste my time and money on such a business!
