Poor in fact more than poor service from CLE Properties

<p>We were taken to view a house to Purchase by Elma from CLE Properties Kempton Park, We then agreed to purchase the property and put in an OTP which was accepted. We then waited about 6 to 8 weeks for my investment to mature as I purchased the house cash. In thi tie we had requested to insoct the house but te agnt nevr got around to doing this which I find a very poor service. We finall moved in to the house in July 2016 and found that the house and many of it fixtures that we had seen during the initil visit were removed. We also found thet the plumbing was defective and not to standard, Some of this plumbing was repaired and a new manhol cover was supp****, till date this has not been completed. Furthermore the agnet that showed an effectively sod me the house was not present when we took ownership but was represenetd by a colleague who did nt offer any help at all, There is a bad roof leaks in the man bedroom bathroom, there is several leaks in the roof of the enclosed patio. We were no able to check fr roof leaks before the rains came,We are fully aware of the voetstoots clause in the deed of sal but roof leaks is a ltent defect which should be rpaired.</p> <p>The coplant is never to trust a estate agent from CLE properties in Kempton Park as they take you for a ride as long as the sale is done and they get their commission they just dont care.We were never ever contacted during the tranfer process oor afterwards to ask us if we are satisfied with the sale and if we require any help. </p>
