Turned me into a Potty Mouth

After 7 weeks of waiting for my niece's pottery, numerous phone calls and visits, I was finally told that her pottery was broken in transit. They were poor at responding for weeks. this is really unacceptable. If they were honest in the first place then this level of irritation would not have been reached.
