Shameless behaviour and plain disrespect from Clay Cafe Silver Lakes

Beware of Clay Cafe Silver Lakes — You’ll pay a lot of money only to have your artworks handed in, then returned many weeks later in a wrecked state. All 5 of our group’s clay pieces were glazed inconsistently, chipped, cracked and covered in sand-like grains when we collected it. The customers in front and behind us in the collection queue were also left disappointed. The staff’s handling of our items wasn’t only careless and reckless, Management doesn’t have the decency to stick to their promise of trying to remedy the situation by offering a voucher. All-in-all it’s been a series of **** apologies, unreliable communication and plain disrespect for customers who pay a lot of money for the clay-painting experience.
