Just a poor experience

I spent 3 hours at Clay Cafe in Cape Town CBD with my 10-year-old son. We painted 4 artifacts and he spent most of the 3 hours on one specific item. It was near perfect. This took place in September 2023. It is December and I am told that one of the 4 artifacts is missing. This came after numerous follow-up messages/emails. You can guess which one is missing! I am offered a voucher to bring my son and paint it again. You know that the upsetting part of all of this is the little care they take of memories you created with your kids. So, if you are keen to be massively disappointed and teach your kids a valuable lesson in poor customer service, feel free to visit them.
