Disgusting service

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I visited Clay Cafe the CPT city centre branch. Because we were on vacation we requested that our items be couriered to us. The staff told us that it was possible to assist in this matter. Now almost 7 months later, multiple unanswered emails and unanswered calls we are still waiting for these items. When we called the first time they told us to respond to the email they were sending. Till today there has not been a response. You are extremely unprofessional, if you were unable to courier these items why did you say you could? Do not visit these people! They will take your money with smiles on their faces and won’t give you your items.
