Disappointing service experienced at Clay Café Paarl.

Pathetic. The food was of high standard including the service and kind lady helping us and giving us tips. Me and my partner spent about 3 hours painting our mugs and i was completely flabbergasted when we finally got them back. They completely messed up our cups. This place has so much potential, but to spend hours on a cup and then get something completely different back is disappointing to say the least. My previous visit was also not great as they broke my mug and didn't even care to refund. Not only do u waste your time but also your money. Before and after pics are attached. Never going again.
