Disappointed

Went to Clay Cafe Silver Lakes mid October for my son to paint n gift for his teacher.. It has been more than 5 weeks, that they claim it takes! Besides the staff being unhelpful and not explaining the process, there is no clear indication as to when we might receive our items. Despite me continuously asking for feedback, still no indication. The only answer we receive is that it is still in the firing process and that they will confirm with the ceramics department. This also never happens!!
